For printing production to begin, we must receive final approval, balance due and guest list in Excel format (if we are doing guest addressing).  If changes are required after that point, additional charges will be incurred depending on the stage of production we are in.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, there will be no refund of any payment you have made. 

While we strive for perfection, we are human.  It is imperative that you review your final proof before signing and returning the approval form.  If errors exist after the submission of the approval form, the responsibility lies with the client.  Any reprints or changes will incur additonal charges.

We are not responsible for delivery of invitations by the post office or the return of RSVP or other information from your guests.
